2-0 CAN after 1

Pretty dominant period. That last minute goal by Ashton was pretty huge, as the Russians probably would’ve been fine with being down 1 after 20.

3-0 CAN after 2

Very little happening. A little bit of rough stuff, but the game has settled a bit. Russia needs a goal on the remaining part of their PP badly for this to be an interesting finish. If Tarasenko is gone, I don’t know if they have the guns for it.

Even playing at home on a small rink..

Even playing at home on a small rink…

As usual…
Once again history repeats itself!…
As Always!

When will you realize that HOCKEY is better than NHL?

Unbelievable! Supernatural! Formidable! Thrilling! Unique! Magnificent! Fearless! Amazing! Inspiring! Wonderful! Expressive! Electrifying! Extraordinary! Unforgettable! Audacious! Unthinkable! Enchanting! Incomparable! Outstanding! Moving! Sublime!
Fabulous! Touching! Phenomenal! Shocking! Exciting! Bold! Sensational! Transcendent! Brave! Awesome! Sensational! Perpetual! Historic!

Certainly, the greatest sporting achievement of 2011!

The Russian magic is indescribable!
A puzzle that Canada will never unravel!

The Russian were, are and always will be the most technical and unpredictable players of the hockey world!

This was much more than collapse!
That was the biggest disgrace in the history of Canadian hockey!

Do not forget that recently, they staged another great defeat on “Canadian Island of Wealth” at the IIHF 2008 World Ice Hockey Championship (defeated by Russia again)!

Which is the most memorable moment?
2008 IIHF WC or 2011 IIHF WJHC (IIHF World Under 20 Championship/ World Junior Hockey Championship)?

Even with the privilege of playing once more on American soil, were unable to defeat his biggest nightmare, formerly known as the Soviet Union and Russia since 1991.

Once again came to the gallery of the greatest Team Canada failures of all time!

Look at the history and see that the overwhelming majority of the achievements of
Canada has always happened in the North American Continent, with support from their fans and playing on the tiny small rink!

The Russian Red Machine proved once again why he is the greatest nation of hockey!
The Russian Reign will extend to eternity!

Imagine what will happen to the great expansion of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL)!

From now, Canadians have to open the eyes for the next Winter Olympics in Sochi, which will take place in Russia in 2014!

If they don’t participate with maximum force will be a more compelling evidence of the fear they feel in playing outside of their domains and geographic borders!
The story does not mind!

When they play (Canadians and Anericans) in Europe doesn’t have the same strength, resistence!

The true essence of hockey (wherein the technique and skill prevail rather than force) is playing in the international arena specified by the International Ice Hockey Federation!

Whether the National Team (Team Canada and Team USA) or NHL teams, they can’t or are not able to have the same level playing in the large rink!

Although the canadians have invented the hockey, you have to be content/pleased
for the second-place as a world power in the history of ice hochey all time!
