Two quarterfinals highlight the action today at the IIHF U20 WJHCs in Buffalo, New York. Canada takes on Switzerland in the afternoon game (3:30 PM EST), with the Americans awaiting the winner. Meanwhile, in the evening, Russia and Finland will battle (7:30 PM EST), with the Swedes awaiting the winner.
I'll also be keeping track of the relegation round games in Niagara, where Slovakia takes on Norway (3:30 PM EST) and the Czechs face Germany (7:30 PM EST), but that will only be to provide updates. You can watch the quarterfinals on any number of regional networks around the world, with TSN broadcasting in Canada, NHL Network in the USA, MTV3 in Finland, NTV+ in Russia, CESKE in the Czech Republic (possibly broadcasting the Czechs' relegation round game), and SVT in Sweden. I'm not 100% sure who all is covering what games, although TSN, NHL, MTV3 and NTV+ look to be broadcasting both quarterfinal games.
Canada's big decision is to start Mark Visentin in goal over Olivier Roy. Visentin allowed one goal in 32 shots against Norway, but sat against the big competition of Russia, the Czechs, and Sweden.

NOTE: TSN is delaying the broadcast of the Russia-Finland game, here's a link to the webcast.
